As much as I love going out to eat, I often find myself at odds with wanting good food without a big mess to clean up. I know I’m not the only one, which is why a place like Dream Dinners is the perfect solution for those who want to eat at home without the hassle of actually planning, shopping, chopping, measuring, and prepping dinner.

If you’ve never experienced Dream Dinners, let’s talk about the process. Every month, a menu of 17 new items is posted on their website. Customers can go online and choose their meals in either 3-serving or 6-serving options (totaling a minimum of 36 servings). What’s great is that portion sizes are pre-set. For a two-person household, there’s an extra serving for whoever’s extra hungry, or lunch for someone else the next day! At first, I thought the portion options seemed weird, but after I understood them, I think they are genius. And keeping to at least the minimum 36 servings ensures you have enough easy-to-prepare meals for the month.

After shopping for your meal choices, you select your session. Upon arrival, you assemble your meals. Dream Dinners has the whole thing down to a science, and it’s so easy. Everything’s ready, and all you do is go by the instruction chart at each station. Adding a little of this; a little of that. Ooh, like spicy? Throw an extra teaspoon of chili powder if you want! Avoiding dairy? Skip the cheese. The stations are set up to offer a little flexibility since the customers are assembling their own meals to take home.

Once you’re home, meals go in the freezer and are ready to thaw and cook whenever you are! They are homemade, delicious, and most are ready within 30 minutes, and best of all – no major clean up because everything’s already prepped.

So, with all that said – you probably wonder what your options are for January. Let’s just say… you WON’T be disappointed! This month’s menu is like a tour around the world – culinary style!

Let’s talk Crispy Coconut Chicken. I have never met a coconut I didn’t like. I think it’s delicious on anything, and this recipe is no exception. All natural chicken breasts are coated with a toasted coconut crumb topping. Served with sweet and sour dipping sauce, you’ll swear you’re eating at a tropical paradise. Delicious!

Looking for a taste of the Mediterranean? You’ll want to sample the Greek Island Shrimp with Pasta! Seriously, y’all. All that’s missing is a stunning view of the Santorini Caldera! Shrimp and marinara team up with Greek-staples — feta cheese and Kalamata olives. Served over pasta, it’s healthy, light, and fantastic!

We continue our dining journey to Asia for Lucky Dragon Pork Tenderloin, served with Honey Garlic Green Beans. Dream Dinners’ signature Lucky Dragon sauce is a delightful and flavorful addition to tender and juicy pork tenderloins. Served with jasmine rice and the seasoned green beans makes this a healthy meal everyone in the family will love!

For this Italian-loving girl, Dream Dinners’ Cheese Lovers Manicotti is everything the name says it is. Traditional, cheese-filled manicotti is smothered in an Italian-seasoned marinara, topped with a generous portion of mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, and is superb.

Hello, Salmon. Meet Pineapple Salsa. You two are going to be great friends in this Dream Dinners medley, Blackened Salmon with Pineapple Salsa, that promises to be a favorite for everyone you’re feeding! Salmon is seasoned with a hint of Cajun rub, which is a great complement to the sweet flavor of pineapple salsa.

Check out the full menu on DreamDinners.com! I’ve just hit a few of the options available, and since the menu changes monthly, there’s always something new to try!

Kick back at home, relax with some great food, and when you book your next Dream Dinners session, make sure you tell them that Rosey sent you!
