About the Owner
Owner Tim Burge started Castlelights in 2003 after finding he had a passion for architecture and landscape lighting design. “On a trip to California in the early ‘90s, I was inspired to return home and design new outdoor lighting for my own home. When I finished my project, my neighbors and friends were anxious to have me work on their homes as well. I realized I had a creative vision for lighting design and I enjoyed sharing it with other people,” said Burge. What started as a home improvement project, turned into a way for Tim to express his creativity and design skills. He now has over 20 years of experience in this business and has owned the #1 architectural and landscape lighting company in the Triad for over 15 years.
