HakkaChow Asian Eats opened in 2014 and is owned by the Chung family. Patriarch Hai-Fang is the executive chef of the restaurant, while the matriarch, Caroline, is the customer relations manager. Jonathan is the sous chef and handles all the marketing for the restaurant, while his brother Andrew manages business development. This talented and business-savvy family aren’t new to the restaurant business, with prior experiences owning and managing restaurants in Durham, NC as well as Hamburg, Germany.
