No holiday would be complete without a festive food spread. From Thanksgiving to Christmas, the Culinary De- partment is tasked with preparing traditional favorites, secret home recipes and modern twists on holiday classics for their Members to enjoy. “We focus on re-creating that holiday feeling, the ritual of sitting down with family to enjoy a plentiful meal and relax” said Executive Chef, Michael Nasrallah. “We’re committed to making this time of year special for our Members. Whether it’s having those coveted turkey leftovers ready to take home after dinner for a late-night snack or a gift to open at brunch on Christmas morning, we’re continually looking for ways to make this holiday just as great as the last”. The meals that are served during the holidays include elaborate brunches, perfectly plated dinners and sprawling family-style buffets complete with entree, sides and of course, an assortment of sweet and savory desserts.

CLASSIC HOLIDAY TREATS

During the holidays, the Members of Homestead Hills take advantage of the community’s private dining room to host intimate gatherings for their family and friends. “Private dining menus can be customized to our Member specifications. If they want traditional hors d’oeuvres or to include Mom’s exact cornbread stuffing recipe, those special touches can be built into their celebration. It’s a great way to include all of the classic menu items that your family loves during their meals at the holidays” said Chef Nasrallah.
