Our manufacturers are carefully chosen and provide a lifetime warranty on their products. The specifics can change from company to company, but essentially all manufacturers warrant that your product will be free from original defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. Some normal wear and tear is not covered by the limited lifetime warranty, but you’re still covered by Budget Blinds’ exclusive No Questions Asked warranty. Plus, we will never ask you to deal with the manufacturer on your warranty; as long as you own your product, we will be your advocate with the manufacturer in the unlikely event that your window treatments do not meet the quality standards. You will be provided warranty information specific to your products at time of installation.
In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, Budget Blinds adds a No Questions Asked (NQA) warranty on all of your new window treatments (if included in your purchase). This exclusive warranty available only through Budget Blinds is added to every* product we install at no additional cost to you. This is the best warranty in the industry, and as a Budget Blinds customer, you receive it for FREE.
If, for any reason, within 5 years from the date of purchase, your product should be damaged or become inoperable after the point of installation (for example, teenagers, accidents, pets, etc.), the manufacturer will provide a “no questions asked,” ONE-TIME repair or replacement, free of charge. This NQA warranty extends to LIFETIME for certain products and/or manufacturers. If your product is replaced, the replacement will be of the same product in the same size and color. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser only, and for the original window opening only. Each unique window treatment installed in your home has its own NQA warranty.
Even our automation products have a 3-year warranty, but some extend to as many as 7 years, and we offer several vendor options to find the motorization options to best fit your needs.
At Budget Blinds of North Winston-Salem and Mt. Airy, we offer this service guarantee for the operation and installation of the product you have purchased and the work we perform in your home.
Should you have any issues with your window treatments, we will do everything we can to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Give us a call if you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase/installation. We will come to you free of charge for the duration of the guarantee – up to 90 days from time of installation unless otherwise indicated in your materials.
