Here we are wrapping up this crazy year! No doubt it’s been full of trials and challenges, but this year has also forced me into a LOT of growth, both professionally and personally and that— in my mind—is a huge positive. My cousin always says, “It’s hard, but it’s good!” and I couldn’t agree more.
For the last few Decembers, I have gone through my camera roll on my phone and chosen my favorite photo from each month of the year. It’s a fun practice to see your “year at a glance” through 12 special photos and reminisce on the highs AND the lows.
We are pleased to present to you our largest ever Holiday Gift Guide! You know we value shopping local and with over 30 local gift options, you are sure to find something for everyone on your list!
To complete our “shop local” theme in this issue, we have featured Nitsa’s Apparel on the cover! I can’t say enough good things about this family run business. From skincare and alterations to prom and bridal—they’ve got you covered for every phase of life.
I have to give a shout out to Jodie Brim and her talented team! They made me feel like a Rockstar while getting new headshots made a few weeks ago. If you are looking to brand yourself and your business, she is your girl!
My mom has always said “To give is better than to receive” and the older I get, the more this rings true. I hope your holiday season is filled with lots of giving and lots of LOVE. And not just giving gifts.
