The View: November 2018

How. On. Earth. Have. We. Already. Gotten. To. November?!?  Seriously, doesn’t it seem like the earth has sped up its rotation around the sun?  I can hardly believe we are only two months from closing a chapter on another year…  But we have a great new issue for you to enjoy!

This is a very special issue, too. Our friends at Trellis Supportive Care are our cover story!  This has been a big year for Trellis – formerly known as Hospice and Palliative CareCenter.  In September, they debuted their name change and their cover story is a special part of that announcement.

In addition to a great cover story, and great content, our November issue also includes our annual Holiday Gift Guide!  This gift guide is published every November and December and is a great way to get started on your local holiday shopping!  As you start making purchases for the holidays, please remember to be “loyal to local” and utilize our gift guide, as well as our advertising partners throughout the magazine!

Also new this month, we have the November 2018 issue of Forsyth Woman Engaged! My daughter, Brooke, oversees this publication and always does an amazing job with it. It’s chock-full of great content for local couples who are planning their special day, along with the incredible local wedding professionals who are eager to make their special day everything they dream it to be. And when you pick up a copy (whether for yourself or someone you know who is getting married!), you’ll notice a new logo!  We’ve simplified and cleaned up the name of our wedding publication.  We hope you love it as much as we do!

As always, when we think of November, we think of Thanksgiving.  And I would be remiss if I didn’t give a great bit shout out and thank to our advertisers, our readers, and our team.  We value each of you so much and are so grateful for your support, encouragement, and for the privilege of being a part of your life every month!  From my family to yours, I hope you have a very Happy Thanksgiving!!
