Dr. Tyler Wynne is an internationally published dentist who is committed to contributing to the profession and regularly publishes case report articles focusing on aesthetics in leading professional journals: Dentistry Today, Inside Dentistry, and Oral Health. He is an accredited member of the American Society for Dental Aesthetics (one the youngest dentists ever to receive this accreditation) and is a Fellow of the International Academy for Dental-Facial Esthetics.

The Latest in Dentistry Advancements
A graduate of Temple University and the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry, he is now an adjunct professor at UNC. According to Dr. Wynne, he chose to devote his professional life to helping improve the quality of people’s lives around him. In addition, he believes in continuing education as an important way to stay current on the latest advancements and to be able to provide his patients the opportunity to achieve optimal oral health and deliver the most up to date comprehensive functional and aesthetic dentistry to his patients. He has pursued extensive advanced training courses in these topics.
A Big Family, A Big Support System
Dr. Wynne grew up in Cary, NC is the oldest of six boys and the son of a practicing aesthetic dentist and professional violinist in the North Carolina Symphony. His exposure to music and the arts have always been a huge component to his life. “The power of music and the arts to evoke emotion, to inspire, and to heal is incredible. I have gained extraordinary perspective and satisfaction from traveling throughout Uganda, Peru, and Honduras in years past for dental mission work and I enjoy helping people,” he stated. Additionally, Dr. Wynne’s family is a wonderful support system for him. “I am very close with my family and enjoy hanging out with my five younger brothers who are successful attorneys and medical professionals throughout the east coast. We are all very supportive of each other as we each pursue our unique professions.”
