There has never been a better time for forward-thinking and embracing beautiful new options! So, adding to their successful Winston-Salem practice – one that has always emphasized the importance of patients’ personal needs and the goal of providing nothing but the very best results – Salem Plastic Surgery is moving into fall stronger than ever.
With a beautiful new addition to its current office space known as Renewal Med Spa, the popular practice will offer an even broader expansion of their highly respected, patient-focused philosophy.
“In some ways, it’s been a challenging time to expand,” says Practice Manager Lisa Wood. “In other ways, however, it’s been wonderful for our Salem Plastic Surgery family to have something new to look forward to!”
Already well-versed in the necessary steps of creating a sterile environment for operating procedures, and with a team of aesthetic nurses who are the true experts of clean, Salem Plastic Surgery began welcoming patients to the new space in August, while continuing their delivery of the best options in cosmetic and restorative procedures for both women and men. The staff is still relentless about necessary safety procedures and following the enhanced COVID-19 cleaning protocols they instituted several months ago, but always with a positive spin!
“The new space also still exudes the warm, cozy, intimate feel Salem Plastic Surgery has always reflected,” Lisa explains. “You’ll see different colors, but the same emotion; the new area is decorated in cool blue tones, a change from the main area’s warm tones.”
Founded in 1990 by Dr. Scott L. Tucker, who was joined by Dr. Hampton A. Howell in 2006, Salem Plastic Surgery offers body contouring, facelifts, eyelid surgery, chin surgery, liposuction, smartlipo, CoolSculpting, rhinoplasty, breast reconstruction, reduction, or augmentation, and wonderful non-surgical procedures such as Botox® (a popular cosmetic treatment to relax and soften wrinkles), Juvederm® (injectable fillers to smooth wrinkles and folds), and Kybella (the only FDA-approved injectable that destroys fat cells under the chin).
“Renewal Med Spa is going to be a great addition to the practice, offering a comfortable, inviting space dedicated to delivering a wide range of medical-grade, spa-type treatments for our patients,” explains Dr. Howell. “These include high-quality procedures such as injectables, and non-invasive face and body treatments that can stand alone or complement a patient’s previous surgical results.”
Dr. Tucker echoes the excitement of introducing Renewal Med Spa. “This is going to be a relaxing space to have your non-surgical plastic surgery procedures by our amazingly talented staff,” he says. “It will all be done with patient safety, as well as the safety of our staff, foremost in our minds.”
Lisa adds that the new area will have three aesthetic nurses, and more new features to come, including a new loyalty program, online scheduling, and the convenience of evening and Saturday hours.
Always growing in knowledge through focused research and continuing education, the staff of Salem Plastic Surgery is happy to be also growing with options for clients who don’t need or want surgery, and who will benefit from an area designed for more varied procedures.
“After much planning, we are so excited our dream has come true,” agrees Donna Langley, RN, who is a certified nurse injector and laser specialist. “Our practice has grown so much we have added on to our beautiful office to accommodate the aesthetic needs of our patients. We can’t wait for you to come visit our new Med Spa!”
