The Better Business Bureau recently presented Restoration MedSpa with its prestigious Torch Award for ethics. This came as no surprise to its many clients across the Triad, who trust the practice with their non-invasive cosmetic treatments and services.
Since opening Restoration MedSpa almost four years ago, Marisa Faircloth, PA-C, has seen great success and huge growth in a field she has been passionately immersed in for more than 35 years. A graduate of Wake Forest University School of Medicine, Marisa is proud to see her practice—dedicated to the finest in skin care and body treatments—continue to flourish with expanded services and innovative techniques. “From the start, we have always stressed attention on the interpersonal relationships with our patients, whom we consider family,” says Marisa. “Their comfort and satisfaction are our primary objectives.”
Marisa founded Restoration MedSpa as a single provider with one part-time aesthetician and a medical concierge, working out of a relatively small space of about 1,600 square feet. Last March, the practice doubled its space, adding a designer-worthy entrance that sets the mood of tranquil luxury with a beautiful lobby and ultra comfortable reception area, three additional treatment rooms, a consultation room, a professional photography room for the all-important before and after photos, and a full make-up bar to reapply makeup after treatments. “Our clients always leave ‘put together’ to go back to the office or move on with their busy days,” explains Marisa. “This is an important touch that’s extremely important.”
Over the years, Marisa has expanded the staff to ten, including another aesthetician, a physician assistant, an office manager, a CoolSculpting specialist, a marketing director and another medical concierge. The newest addition, Kimberly Baggerly, family nurse practitioner, has been in nursing for six years and recently relocated from the Richmond area to join the team.
Restoration MedSpa is known for offering results-oriented procedures for treating the effects of aging skin, along with facials, hair removal, weight loss, and the most advanced medical grade skincare products in the industry. With a customer base that is loyal and supportive (both women and men), Restoration MedSpa’s reputation is widely recognized. The practice is currently ranked as the leading injectable practice in the area, among the Top 500 Allergen injectable practices in the nation and above 99.5% of practices nationwide. Restoration MedSpa is also ranked in the Top 500 CoolSculpting practices nationwide and is ranked as an Ultra Premier Ultherapy practice.
Simply walking into Restoration MedSpa, one feels an immediate sense of calm, comfort, and confidence, knowing what lies ahead is a true treat for the body and the soul. Now the practice is growing again, with the current construction of two more treatment rooms to accommodate new services, including CoolTone by CoolSculpting (an amazing device to stimulate muscle tone without working out) and MiraDry (a device to end underarm sweat and odor, and reduce hair).
“We will also open a state-of-the-art Himalayan Salt relaxation room with a recently released Hydromassage chair to complete the relaxation experience,” says Marisa.
