As I prepare to attend the spring High Point Furniture Market to purchase new inventory, I can’t help but reflect on our economy. We have been blessed and continue to be blessed. We go to educational classes and learn all that we can from vendors for their new products and concentrate on upcoming colors. As a business, we need to learn to change with our clientele.

We offer turnkey projects, meaning furnishing the homes with rugs, window treatments, lighting, furniture, bedding linens, wallpaper, and paint colors or whatever the client needs. Sometimes, they want a kitchen or bathroom remodeled as well.  We have clients that leave everything behind and ask us to prepare their new home (whether remodeled or new) to move into a fully furnished home.

As a retail brick and mortar shop in Clemmons, which also serves as our design studio and kitchen/bath center, we meet with our customers to gather information. We design the space, create CADs to show the best possible layout, and turn-key finish the room or the house. We also help other contractors with their projects and select what they need to build a house and order lighting for contractors, as well.  If we are working on a spec home, it is easy for us to plan the lighting along with the colors and finishes so they flow. We are also dealers for many manufacturers and order the furnishings that go into the spaces we are working on. We strive for superb customer service and make it our goal to make our customers happy.
