I am the owner of Crystal Cleaners in Clemmons and I would like to tell you about my pickiest customer.

She always brings in a lot of items.Some days it’s dry cleaning and other days it’s wash and fold for her or her children.

She gives very precise directions and I must pay close attention so that I am sure to give her the good service she needs and wants.

When she comes to pick up her items, she inspects each piece carefully. I know if there is one thing not up to the highest standards, she will let me know about it, and I will need to correct it as soon as possible.

Here’s a little secret – my pickiest customer is also my favorite customer. Do you know who she is? She is my amazing wife and she has been my number one customer for more than 15 years!

But “favorite” doesn’t mean favoritism! Although my wife is my favorite customer, I do not just show her order extra attention. At Crystal Cleaners we treat all of our customers’ orders with the same care and attention we would give to our family to make sure they are all correct.
