Taryn Jerez

Writer

Taryn Jerez first joined the Forsyth Mags team as a freelance writer in 2015! She writes regularly for Forsyth Woman, Forsyth Family and LKN Magazine, with a special place in her heart for stories that celebrate the business owners, artists and dreamers shaping our community. Outside the pages of the magazine, Taryn is the founder of Go For It, Creative, where she serves dozens of local creative business owners across Forsyth County and the surrounding areas. A former corporate designer turned entrepreneur, she now works as a business coach and messaging strategist. For nearly a decade, she’s helped women-led businesses clarify their message, strengthen their marketing and build profitable offers that actually feel aligned. Whether she’s leading a workshop, speaking on stage or coaching behind the scenes, Taryn is passionate about helping local entrepreneurs grow with confidence and intention. When she’s not cheering on small businesses, you can find her chasing her Kindergartner, swapping BookTok recommendations with her book club or sipping a London fog at a local coffee shop.
