Emily Jamison is a certified transaction coordinator and the owner of Perfect Transition Partners, a company built from the heart to help real estate agents stay focused on their clients while Emily takes care of the details. “I proudly serve agents across the Triad region of North Carolina, making the process from contract to close smooth, stress-free and handled with care. After nearly five years in the real estate industry and more than 20 years in client-focused roles, I saw firsthand just how much support agents truly need behind the scenes. In July of 2024, I took a leap of faith and launched my own business. Since then, I’ve successfully coordinated dozens of closings, met (and exceeded) the business goals I set and built lasting partnerships with agents who trust me to keep things on track. At Perfect Transaction Partners, I handle all the behind-the-scenes details including scheduling inspections and closings, coordinating documents and signatures, monitoring deadlines and communication, and supporting agents with seamless service, every step of the way. Faith, family and service are the values that guide me in everything I do – both personally and professionally. I’m incredibly proud to be a wife to my husband, Todd, who works fulltime and still finds the time and energy to care for our family cattle farm. We’re blessed with two amazing children, Peyton and Parker, who keep our lives full of joy, purpose and adventure. As a family, we love spending time camping, enjoying the outdoors and making memories on the farm.
