Lauren Shoemaker is the owner of LS Planning & Co. She has a bachelor’s degree in consumer, apparel and retail studies from UNC Greensboro. “I began my business shortly after planning my own wedding (five days to be exact),” said Lauren. “I caught a case of the wedding blues and needed something to fill the void. I perfectly planned every single detail of my wedding, down to the small details that truly only I would know were there, but I did not hire a coordinator to ensure that my vision was played out. I knew I needed to help other brides ensure the execution was there on their wedding day.” Lauren’s mission statement is “perfectly planned, perfectly executed.” “The word ‘perfect’ means ‘as good as it is possible to be,’ and that’s the level of service I strive to always uphold for my clients. I believe relationships are built upon trust, and I want each bride to feel 100% confident that I can execute on her behalf. I can’t wait to plan your happily ever after. I’m a wife, thrifting fanatic, cat mom, pasta-enthusiast, Leo and lover of all things planning.”
