If you’re a regular visitor to Fiddle & Fig in the historic West End neighborhood of Winston-Salem, you know how carefully owners Morgan Holt and Jamie Lapp have nurtured their business. It’s their hope to inspire others to feel good about welcoming friends and family into their homes — and experience the true joy of sharing your favorite space with those you love!
Having recently expanded their popular home décor shop to include both indoor and outdoor gathering space, Morgan and Jamie look forward to welcoming you to The Mulberry Table!
“It feels wonderful to see people coming together again after Covid,” explains Jamie. “We love seeing friends, families, and groups of all kinds gathering and connecting again.”
In the spirit of what they graciously accomplish at Fiddle & Fig, the two can’t wait to see people hosting parties and gatherings in their newest space. It’s like giving Winston-Salem a chance to reconnect — in the most relaxing setting possible!
So, gather your book club, mom’s group, study group, reunion group, or favorite neighbors, and choose a date to rent the space — on Sundays from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., or from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. or during the week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
The Mulberry Table also hopes to feature its own water color classes, calligraphy, wreath-making, and table-setting lessons — using the stylish home décor you’ll find at Fiddle & Fig, of course. Bring your best girlfriends, shop a little (or a lot!), then settle in around the table to learn something new and savor each other’s company.
“We will be serving beer, wine, Tea and Toast drinks with Prosecco, sweet tea, sodas, and water,” Jamie adds. “And besides various grab-and-go snacks like chips and pretzels, you’ll be able to purchase snack boxes of chicken salad, pimento cheese, olives and pickles, cheese box, hummus and veggies, and a special kid’s snack box.
With both inside and outside space, The Mulberry Table is also perfect for baby showers or bridal showers, with indoor capacity for 44 guests — one long gathering table that seats 24, and five other smaller tables. Thirty guests can be comfortably seated outside.
Jamie shares they have also added indoor and outdoor games, featuring Ladder Ball, Jenga, Yardzee, Corn Hole, Cards, Dominos, Yachtzee, and others.
Complementing the vibe they share at Fiddle & Fig, there will always be room for you at The Mulberry Table — where Jamie and Morgan hope you’ll make spending time with those you love a priority!
The Mulberry Table at Fiddle & Fig will be open Tuesday through Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m, and Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. The space will be closed on Sundays except for special events. Submit your event rental query online at
