“All your appointments will take place in our soothing office environment with fully private rooms,” Dr. Nichols shares. “Our listening lab offers patients the most up-to-date hearing technology available – plus, you’ll be involved in choosing what is right for you. We also have two providers now, as Emily Norman and I are seeing patients. This growth has allowed us to see patients more quickly and offer quality care at every visit – especially when a hearing aid issue arises.”
Born and raised in Lewisville, Emily is a licensed hearing instrument specialist and can troubleshoot any Bluetooth connectivity issues patients may encounter. That means enhanced support and more efficient repair options for all Nichols Audiology patients who wear hearing aids!
As part of her quest to build real-life relationships with patients and their families, Dr. Nichols and her team always suggest a spouse or significant other join new patients at their initial hearing evaluation.
