Founded in 1999 by skilled craftsman, Joseph Hage, today’s updated version of Marble Granite World is guided by his sons — Anise and Joël. Their exciting expansion brings an array of new technologies, thanks to further automation of the production line: A 21k resolution slab scanner allows the team to fully digitize the slab and remnant inventory for customer viewing — along with augmented reality renderings in clients’ spaces. The new Baca Robo SawJet is capable of cutting both with a traditional diamond blade and with a waterjet, allowing for faster production and more capabilities such as custom inlays in porcelain or stone. Multiple CNC routers and CNC saws will allow for automated, high-output production of countertops, as well as other customer features such as engravings, complex edge profiles, and custom integrated sinks.
“Our new machinery will allow us to produce with so much better accuracy,” Joël explains. “We will not be losing any staff due to automation — in fact, the new technology provides career growth opportunities for our current team. We’ll also be hiring several dozen more employees over the next few years.”
A closed-loop recycled water system will allow enhanced production, while saving and recycling thousands of gallons of water per month.
“We’re excited to show our customer base what all our new machinery is capable of,” shares Anise. “Marble Granite World is always pushing the frontier of stone design in our area by introducing cool features, technologies, and ideas.”

“We always suggest our customers bring in a cabinet door, sample floor tile, backsplash tile, or paint chip to match the color scheme with your stone,” explains Anise. “Once your selections are finalized and your project is reserved, we move into the templating phase, where our team uses advanced digital technology to create a precise layout of your space.”
At that point, the project is fabricated using precision CNC machinery and finished by skilled craftsmen. After a final quality inspection, the installation team completes the process — beautifully bringing your vision to life.
