These super crispy oven-baked chicken wings drizzled with hot honey and a lemon garlic aioli are the perfect game day recipe that everyone will love!

Ingredients for the Chicken Wings:
2-3 lb. Chicken Wings
1 tbsp. BBQ Seasoning
1 tbsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. EACH: Paprika & Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup Flour
3 tbsp. Melted Butter or Olive Oil
Zest of 1 Lemon
For the Lemon Garlic Aioli:
1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
Zest and Juice of 1-2 Lemons
1 tbsp. Honey
2-3 Garlic Cloves grated
For the Hot Honey Glaze:
1/3 cup Honey
1 tbsp. Sriracha or hot sauce
Instructions for the Chicken Wings:
- Preheat oven to 435F. Add an oven-safe baking wire rack to a large, rimmed sheet pan. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine the flour, BBQ seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and baking powder.
- In a larger bowl, drizzle the chicken wings with the olive oil. Toss to combine.
- Add the flour mixture and lemon zest to mix until well combined.
- Evenly distribute on the wire rack to bake 30-40 minutes, until deeply golden and crispy. Flip the chicken wings every 15 minutes.
For the Lemon Garlic Aioli:
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. (Optional: Add chili crisp oil for extra heat.)
For the Hot Honey Glaze:
- Mix the honey and hot sauce until smooth. Adjust to taste.
To Serve:
- Add 1/4 cup of the lemon garlic aioli to a piping bag, cut off a small tip. Drizzle the crispy chicken wings with the aioli and a generous drizzle of the honey honey glaze. Enjoy warm with extra lemon garlic aioli on the side!
