Since clinical pharmacist Mary Coffey founded Boutique Wellness in 2018, the business—situated in Winston-Salem’s historic West End—has radiated nothing but positive energy.
Every aspect of Boutique Wellness is rooted in teamwork. As a faith-based business, it’s dedicated to educating and empowering patients to take an active role in their healing journey.
“Through aesthetics and regenerative medicine, we deliver safe, advanced, tailored care for natural beauty and wellness,” Mary explains. Building relationships with new patients always begins with open, ongoing communication and treatments that represent the cutting edge of technology.
“We view the process of anti-aging from the inside out. With longevity on everyone’s mind, our clients typically range in age from 35 to 70, including both women and men,” she adds.
Some of the most frequently requested services at Boutique Wellness include Emsculpt, PRF (platelet-rich fibrin), Botox, 2D facelifts, radiofrequency microneedling, hormone balancing, sexual wellness, and hormone replacement therapy for men. Hair restoration is also a popular service, involving hormone balancing, scalp preparation and rejuvenation, red light therapy, and the application of peptides to the scalp.
For clients interested in the medical weight loss program, Boutique Wellness offers more than just a prescription. The comprehensive approach addresses hormones, inflammation, and thyroid issues—with the ultimate goal of sustainable weight loss and enhanced body contouring.
Medical Director Dr. Joe Cleaver performs all procedures. A fellow of the American Board of Anti-Aging/Regenerative Medicine, Dr. Cleaver is board-certified in both internal medicine and anti-aging and regenerative medicine. He also holds certification in advanced metabolic endocrinology, specializing in bioidentical hormone therapy, and lectures nationally and internationally on various aspects of longevity medicine.
Mary herself is double board-certified in clinical nutrition through the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. She also serves as a board member of the North Carolina Integrative Medical Society and is a fellow of the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.
Mary shares that she learns something new from every patient—from the first conversation to witnessing their transformation. Patients, in turn, learn that with the right commitment, anyone can reshape their body. (And yes—about 80% of the process involves diet, with the remaining 20% coming from exercise!)
A true dedication to hope, health, and healing guides every effort at Boutique Wellness. That passion extends to Boutique Wines, an elegant wine parlor that enhances the overall wellness experience. Open Wednesday through Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Boutique Wines now also offers bourbon and liquor. Visit boutiquewinesnc.com to explore their curated wine collection, enjoy live music every Friday night, and view their beautifully designed event spaces available for private family events or corporate gatherings.
The wine experience also includes Manolo’s Boutique Wines & Bistro, an Italian-inspired restaurant open for lunch and dinner. “I found Mary on Facebook, simply wanting Botox for my frown lines. But she noticed things—just by observing—that I had no clue about. She even discovered I had an autoimmune disease. She’s treated me with supplements and peptides, and I feel the best I’ve ever felt in my life!”
