Get out there and have some fun exploring some great parks and trails in the community this spring and summer. Remember to always plan ahead when you are heading out!

Wear the appropriate footwear and clothing for your walk, run or ride, and always bring enough sunscreen for protection and water with you to stay hydrated. If you are going alone, it never hurts to let someone know which trail you’re planning to enjoy and how long you think you’ll be gone.  Keeping a GPS tracker on you like a Fit-Bit or Smart Watch is also a great way to see where you are and keep track of time.

Of course, stay safe and have fun out there!
