Each artist brings a unique personality to the mix, and Owner and Master Stylist Christi Bradham loves that her talented team is always building lasting relationships with clients.

“We know this is where our clients feel valued and understood, just the way we would want our friends and family to feel,” shares Christi. Clients’ needs – and happy smiles when they look in the mirror – are always first priority!

  1. Consultations: Every appointment involves a customized consultation to discuss preferences and expectations. Senior Stylist Jamie Teoli knows that’s the key to knowing a client’s goals and creating an immediate connection. “It makes them feel important, plus it gives us joy to know they trust us to achieve their hair dreams!”
  2. Evaluating Preferences: During consultations they dive in-depth to find what would best suit a client’s preferred style, guided by their hobbies, significant events on the calendar, celebrities/fashion inspirations and, of course, budget!
  3. Active Listening: The team wants guests to feel heard which means taking time to understand what each client expects from his or her services. 
  4. Clear Communication: Discussing options that align with the client’s daily lifestyle keeps the lines of communication open for feedback and any updates he or she might need to make at the next appointment.
