As a kid, summer was always this wonderful time with no school, fun in the sun and carefree days. Granted, as adults we can’t exactly get out of work for an entire summer, but we can still have lots of fun in the sun with a carefree attitude. One way to capture that fun and carefreeness is by visiting wineries and mapping together a local winery tour. Luckily, Forsyth County is situated in the ideal spot on the Yadkin River that places us within an easy drive to so many amazing wineries.
This summer, grab your friends or significant other and make a point to tour one, or more, amazing wineries. In fact, we encourage you to visit 11! Below are 11 wineries worth visiting this summer to create your very own winery tour. Salud!
