True to their mission, Progressive Image Salon & Day Spa takes pride in their ability to serve all guests with the utmost care and attention to detail. They achieve this through developing personal relationships and listening closely to each guest’s individual needs.

Co-owners Michele Dapp, Debbie Jones, Kelly Flanagan and Barbara Carter   created this salon over eighteen years ago. “People thought we were crazy when we opened the business with four co-owners,” Michele explained, “but it’s really worked out  well. We each bring something unique to the table. We recognize each other’s strengths and potential areas for growth, and we work hard to support and help each  other in any way possible.”

Progressive Image takes care of their guests by first taking care of their employees. As Michele noted, “We have very little employee turnover here. We take care of our employees and work with them to create their own schedule that balances work and family. In turn, our employees love coming to work everyday, and this is something our guests can feel as soon as they enter the door – a peaceful, yet energetic work environment.”
